Time to start writing things down especially when I have something important to say

Hello, Glenda here. I want to do this in Welsh, today, my own language. Um, about two weeks ago I went on holiday to Scarborough,,,yes Scarborough, and we had a lovely holiday, although there was thick fog everywhere. And then the following week I was quite busy and I (some indistinct words here)… and then I met with Rachel in Llandysul I think and we had a nice chat and I thought, oh I’ll do my Dementia Diary tonight after getting home. After my conversation with Rachel. But by the time I got home I had forgotten. And I think it was quite important that I was thinking and thinking about what I wanted to say. But I just forgot. I had no idea. Anyway I’m looking forward now to going to London next week. And I’m having a meeting with a nurse who will review my case.So many things come up, I can’t remember what they all are. And I think it’s time to start writing things down especially when I have something important to say. Because if you don’t write it down, it’s gone. But I do remember I had an interesting conversation with Rachel, wherever we were, I don’t remember where we were.. But I can’t remember it – it had gone. And I’m doing this in Welsh so that people can see how confident I am speaking in my own language, and I hope you’ll see the difference when I’m speaking English or Welsh. It’s not just language that’s important but communication is also important. I’ll phone back when I’ve been to London to tell everyone how it went. That’s all for now. Bye!
