The storm is passing and Stephen has been enjoying a day out.
Stephen: Yeah, hi.
Another stormy day out there. I went with my carer, lovely carer Rachel, she’s really good. We went out and around, went to Farm Store restaurant this morning. Had a breakfast like we normally do and then we went across from the south coast to the north coast and spent a little time overlooking the sea and took some pictures and, yeah it was too rough to get out and do anything with my wheelchair and what not, but yeah it was pretty good.
Then we came back and come back the main road and went into McDonald’s for a bit of dinner. Which was nice, it just filled up, filled-filled the morning lovely.
Yeah it’s brilliant every time I go out with Rachel every week. It’s same, same carer every week which is good. You need continuity don’t ya? And that’s what it’s all about and yeah, she’s really good. She’s got a lot of patience I’ll say that. Na she’s good as gold and you don’t get many do you like that? You don’t get many like it and I don’t think I could change now I’m used to one carer and its continuity what you need isn’t it. Yeah we had a good time, what, sort of time you could make. It was stormy and not sure, I think the storm is passing I think because the winds died down a bit but yeah it’s still quite stormy out there. Out to sea it was really bad, really bad, but there you go.
Yeah, so now I’m home watching T.V, watching [Yukon?] It’s sort of to do with Alaska progammes, I love me Alaska documentary, it’s good and me animal documentaries as well, I love them as well. Yeah I’m also putting, hopefully today putting me disabled sign outside. So that hopefully nobody will park there in front of the house, which is what I want. So, hopefully I’ll get me mate to do it directly so there it is.
