Losing weight is good, but it doesn’t help Stephen to keep warm.

Yeah, what day is it today? I’m lost in all the days at the moment – I think it’s Tuesday?
Christmas has been a bit up and down, hasn’t it, very quiet, but you know, what do you do, I mean the temperature at the moment is right down, think it’s no more than four or five degrees – I think it’s like it for the rest of the week, so it’s going to be tricky to get out and actually get out and have a wander round, have some fresh air, you know, I’m waiting for it to – oh, what do you call it? Mild up a bit, so I can go out and enjoy a bit of free oxygen, as I call it.
Well, the latest is that I’ve two stone one pounds, from sixteen-nine to fourteen-eight, so yeah, I’ve lost just over two stone and now, because of the weight loss, I think I’m finding it hard to stay warm, that’s the only thing, I mean I was sixteen and a half stone, which was good, I didn’t really feel cold, but now I’m two stone lighter, it’s a bit harder to keep warm, you know?
But anyway, I’m trying to keep going and I’m actually glad when the Carer comes to put me to bed, because it’s nice and warm in bed, so – yeah, if I could stay in bed all day I probably would, but you know, you can’t stay in bed all day can you, only, you know, when you need to.
But yeah, the Dementia’s a bit funny at the moment, memory wise, but you know, we get over it, don’t we and just keep going and do what we got to do.
