It’s New Years Eve in Cornwall, and the snow has arrived.
Yeah um oh we have had a bit of snow on New Years eve, just a little light dusting really, nothing much. Yeah, not much. About two three degrees down here now. yeah, Sun `s come out now so hopefully melt that bit away and it`ll be alright cos me carer said this morning when she came out to see to me that um the roads are a bit dicey round here so. Round my village it always is anyway cos we`re on the side of a dip on a hill. Which ever way you go out of my village you go to go uphill. It`s a bit dangerous in the winter specialy in this type of weather and er, there you go.
Yeah, tire three ay , humph, don`t know what to make of it. Iv`e tried reading all the rules and regs yesterday last night but couldn`t make head nor tail of it. Stay home or go to work or not let anybody else in you home, you can only go out to meet six people. That don`t make any sense to me, don`t make sense at all. Oh don`t know doesn`t seem to make a lot of sense to me but then I got dementia so it wouldn`t make a lot of sense to me would it? (chuckle)
Yeah. never mind, hopefully by March, March time we`ll hopefully be coming out the end of it, hopefully, but one nevers know do you, you never knows what going to happen but next spring and summer will be better hopefully. Everybody will have their injections and wot not. Everything will be fine ,hopefully. That`s what we go to hope for innit. Never mind, it all comes to try us innit but there you go.
