Stephen is getting frustrated trying to get his stairlift sorted.

I`m in bed now, carer just come and put me up to bed, that`s good. I`ve been trying and trying to get hold of the stair lift company. The stair lift needs a service but er I`ve been ring em four five times but no reply, it`s just frustrating, don`t seem to get anything done now.

It`s all to do with Covid now in it, just can`t get it done properly and er that`s not good is it. There you go, what do you do when um you try , you Email them on the Email but, Nothing!
Yeah, it`s awful. Just have to keep Emailing them.

I keep telling them I can`t do without me stair lift so it`s insured an all . It needs a service, it hasn`t had a service for two three years almost, it needs at least one a year. There you go that`s what happens in it. I don`t know , you don`t seem to get hold of nothing these days.

Also going to see me own Doctor now, I got me own temperature checker, I got me own oxygen machine to test me oxygen levels and I got er blood sugar checker test kit as well. but you can`t get an appointment now, it`s ridiculous in it. You got to be your own doctor. it`s very frustrating.
