Hiya it’s Jo Bennett, to Cardiff yesterday again, on Educate business this time. Long, long day, absolutely shattered. Went to help a group of people who were to set up an Educate type group and it was great. We enjoyed it, they found it very helpful, lots of questions and answers and everything and a nice bit of lunch at the same time. And then straight back on to the train back home, such a long day, I can’t remember the last time I’ve felt so shattered. Why is it when you’re, you’re sitting down, but 3 hours each way on the train, it was, this morning, this morning I am just absolutely exhausted. Can’t think of anything else really, my brain has gone into, my brain has gone into meltdown.
Oh yes! Alzheimer’s from the dentist that’s a new one. Root canal treatment might give you alzheimer’s or if you’ve had brain treatment or something, I don’t know my mind is, my head’s all over the place, I was listening to the radio, bits started filtering through. Whatever will the Express think of next, if it is the Express, can’t think it’s anybody else. Okay, that’s it for now, bye.
