Hello, it’s George in Shropshire.
So today I’m going to do a Dementia Diary of slow living and the peacefulness of the countryside. So I’m just going to stand here. You may hear Lupin running around a bit. See how many birds you can hear and just listen to the gently flowing stream. It’s therapeutic.
(The diary continues with the sound of the stream, birdsong and calls.)
And there we have it! A lovely two and a half minutes, two minutes, whatever, of gentle ….. life passing by.
Good luck with your lockdown, but I tell you what, if you can get out in a park or somewhere and just sit, it’ll do you good.
