Stephen is finding isolation tough.

Hi, I didn’t do my diary last week, I forgot all about it.
Yeh, with all this going on about the coronavirus, and all that thing, it’s just being home and being vulnerable I guess. Can`t go out, can`t go anywhere, depression’s raised its ugly head again. And my carers are trying to help to get me out, great trying to find me some time to get me to go out each week, even if it’s only for an hour, which makes quite a bit difference in the end…
Now I have just been on a link [ZOOM] this morning and it’s been good. I haven`t spent long because I`m getting used to the people that`s on it, and yeh that`s fine, its ok. That`s fine, it’s all good.
