This Diary is entirely the song of an unidentified but enthusiastic bird.

More from Christine Maddocks...

Listen to Chris’ touching poem in memory of Wendy.

Chris has recorded a lovely dawn chorus – the roaring in the background is the ocean – wonderful.

In this lovely diary Chris updates us on developments in the Sea DEEP group, and the kindness and support they have received from their local community.

Christine couldn’t sleep so recorded this wonderful dawn chorus. The sound you hear in the background is the sea. Wowsers!

In this extended diary Chris describes her recent driving assessment. This will be of interest to a lot of people with dementia.

Chris reports from the first face to face meeting of Sea DEEP since lockdown.
