This diary is entirely the sound of the birds and the sea.

More from Christine Maddocks...

Listen to Chris’ touching poem in memory of Wendy.

Chris has recorded a lovely dawn chorus – the roaring in the background is the ocean – wonderful.

In this lovely diary Chris updates us on developments in the Sea DEEP group, and the kindness and support they have received from their local community.

In this extended diary Chris describes her recent driving assessment. This will be of interest to a lot of people with dementia.

Chris sends us a beautiful recording of birdsong. But which bird? George, can you help?

Chris reports from the first face to face meeting of Sea DEEP since lockdown.
