Stephen is being encouraged to spend more time outside.

Yeah. Tuesday, it’s a nice day out there.

Been out with my carer this morning, up to dinner time. Had a lovely, oh God I can’t think of what it is called now, pineapple and, meat- I can’t think what it is called now, had a lovely strawberry knickerbocker glory for afterwards which was good- dessert. Oh it was beautiful. And it’s really good for two of us it was only twenty three quid, so that was brilliant. Yeah it’s brilliant. I enjoyed every minute of it. And of course I always enjoy going out with my carer, it’s always special. It’s nice to get out there, and it’s nice to be able to get out there. They are hoping to push for another hour and a half hour each Tuesday and Thursday now, so get me out a bit longer than two and a half hours, it will be three and a half hours, so seven hours a week they are pushing for. So hopefully they can get that, and now that it’s that time in the summer we can go a little bit further then.

Next Tuesday I’m on a sit, but not next Thursday because my carer is on a week’s holiday next week so I am going out with them for five hours the week after, so that will be good. Yeah, I enjoy it and that’s what you’ve got to do isn’t it? Enjoy every minute of it and um, yeah. Just enjoy it all. Even though there’s lots of problems going around. Had an email from one of my mates now, he’s got really bad depression and it’s because of what’s going on I think. He’s really caught up one so I’m FaceTime messaging him every day so, talking to him on video link so, just to help him out because I know what depression is like. I’ve had it myself and yeah, you’ve got to help each other somewhere haven’t you?
