“Hello, Paul here. I read something in the Daily Express, about, if you’re obese it staves off and helps Alzheimer’s. I don’t think I’m going with that one. There seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions now on what you should do and what you shouldn’t do. I think we talked about that today and we’ve come to the conclusion I don’t think anybody knows what they’re doing with it. We discussed matters, it was getting a little bit heated I think through frustration with us all. Not knowing the future and really no concrete evidence about anything. I think it just seems to be a mish mash of do this, do that so… anyway, on the whole, it was… So that’s it for today and I’ll report in tomorrow. Bye now.”
