“Keep up the good work everybody!”

Good morning, everybody. It’s Agnes from Coatsbridge and I’m just following “Make a Point” about early onset dementia. Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! I wish someone… I wish I had seen this when I was diagnosed at fifty-seven with early onset dementia. It would have given me so much hope. So thanks guys, thanks Dementia Diaries, thanks Laurence, for putting this all together, so that people newly diagnosed would be able to be given the hope that I didn’t get. It was great to see faces to some of the people who report in the Dementia Diaries, and, some people that I hadn’t seen before. But yes, absolutely fantastic! Keep up the good work, everybody. Keep posting. You really are making a difference for people who are newly diagnosed, and people like myself who’ve been diagnosed ten years, who didn’t have this information, or this hope, or this inspiration at the beginning. Bye from a very wet and windy Scotland.
Dementia Diaries would like to thank Jessi & Louise for transcribing this report.
