Keith reports on a small world being found through Dementia Diaries

Last week I had a really interesting email and message from Rachel Niblock linked to dementia diaries. which involved a cousin of mine who I hadn’t seen for over 40 years contacting her via the dementia diaries having seen me on there.  This cousin told me through Rachel a story about my Great, Great Grandfather who I was aware of but didn’t know a lot of detail about.  It so happened that this guy was killed in the battle of Isandlwana, which was portrayed in the film Zulu and that film means a lot to me.  I now know an extra reason why.
