Our Voice Matters Group Hartlepool.
Hello we enjoy going out for a coffee and I think that meeting up with people helps. A good coffee shop is one that is friendly. The one I go to the staff are smashing, they’ll do my drink just how I like it, they make sure it’s run right, and they’ve got to know me, they’ll help me get a chair. They’ve got a notice saying “welcome to this coffee shop, your custom is appreciated. A cafe needs to be friendly and clean. I think it would be good for staff to be Dementia Friends. This year our group are going to try to get all the cafes in Hartlepool to become dementia friendly.
