Stephen looks forward as the seasons change.

Hi yeah, the last week or so it’s been not too bad. I’ve been feeling a little bit better since I had my birthday celebration last week. Had it at the zoo, yeah it was good. Picnic there and we had a really good time, me and my Dementia friends. Yeah, it was nice but this week with the weather not being so good little bit more indoor activities I guess. Yeah it’s autummy weather now isn’t it. I think the best of the weather has gone, got to look forward to autumn and the long dark days of winter. But you know, it’s the way it goes isn’t it. Winter coming, Christmas is coming and yeah I guess it’s a nice time to look forward to, especially for the grandkids. They love it at Christmas and I know its still just September. Yeah I always think of these things! Yeah, we’ve had our group walk this morning, Dementia group walk, at a place called Wheal Marden. We had to stay inside because it was wet so we just stayed inside, had a cream tea, cup of tea and a chat. It was good and we thoroughly enjoyed it and that’s what it’s all about isn’t it. Go out and enjoying ourselves with the problems we’ve got it’s good to get out and just relax
