Raymond from Oldham enjoys his busy week of activities

Hiya, I’m Raymond from Oldham.

Like to say how my week has gone on.

Monday I went to a Dementia Cafe, a volunteer from Springboard, Rachel, she took me and we had a good time with a volunteer there called Wayne who brought his drum kit, so we had a go on his drums and guitar. Not much good at it but I enjoyed it!

Tuesday there was morning exercise with Sammy which is always good.

Then Thursday we did Craft for Fathers’ Day, making things with Age UK. One of the ladies, Sophie, she helped me do a Fathers’ Day card for the grandchildren to give to their Dad which was nice and I had a good afternoon.

And then Friday afternoon we went singing, ‘Singing for the Brain’ I think it’s called, I always have a good time there with a lady called Tanya.

We had quite a nice week and looking forward to next week now.
