Raymond doesn’t know where the time goes when he is having fun!

Hi, it’s Raymond from Oldham.

I hope you’re enjoying this sunny weather.

Last Friday, Rachel and her Mum, took me and my wife to see the art weavers, we had a really good night.

Monday, Rachel and her Mum just took me to a Dementia Cafe. A Volunteer there, he brought his drum kit and guitar and we formed like a little group and they called us the RAFs and we had a really good afternoon.

Tuesday, we went to a group with Sammy, she does chair exercises and we always have a good time with Sammy, she’s a really good laugh.

Thursday, I went to Springboard, Rachel took me. The talk was on Age UK, we sat in a small room and we played Cat Bingo and a volunteer called James, he joined in and then we played Snakes and Ladders, and then we played Dominoes for a couple of games. Then it was nearly time to come home.

The time flew by.

We are going on a trip next week to Liverpool, so looking forward to that, then back to Springboard the Thursday after.

I’ve had a really good week, I’m going singing this afternoon, I’m looking forward to that.
