Good Friday morning to everyone, it’s Agnes here, Agnes from Coatbridge,

It’s been a while, a few weeks not that long since I had a chat and done a dementia diary most of you will know it’s because of, for 4 weeks maybe 5 weeks I have been having serious respiratory challenges.

I find myself on another mode or another what ever it is, I am on steroids and antibiotics. Thankfully everyday I am feeling I am getting a little better, but that is not what this diary is about it is to say thank you to my virtual friends who have supported me through positive tweets and sending hugs this was wonderful and it has got me through a very, very, very lonely challenging time, so many thanks and have a great day thinking of you all, keep safe and keep washing your hands but do it mindfully and with fun, bye.
