Agnes ponders how to stay connected in the months ahead.
Agnes: Good morning, it’s Agnes here.
I’m still on the silver linings, every cloud has a silver lining. One of the beautiful silver linings from this what is um, not going out and about and a routine of being in an upheaval, is my, one of my friends a very dear friends of many years now. She contacted me via [?] direct message and was set a [?] date, a crafty [?] date. Where her mum and herself were going to get together with me and we going to talk about..projects. Whatever these projects might be and her mum is so artistic she paints, she knits, crochet, sews, all that. What an amazing lady.
So its going to be very very interesting and I’m looking forward to it and to those who are listening. maybe you can’t pop in and see people living with dementia but try and think outside the box. How can you connect with them? How can you relieve their anxiety, their isolation? and I just thinking I’m creating a new pathway. Wow I think it’s wonderful.
Bye for now.
