Peter describes one of the benefits of a poor memory. Another lovely, lovely diary form Peter.
Hello, Peter Berry here, “pedalling Pete”. Well I haven’t been pedalling quite so much just lately because we’ve been snowed in Suffolk. Our little village has been blocked off and with Covid I haven’t been to the shops and things, and something sprung to mind – something to make you smile. I’m sure most people with memory issues have the same issue as I do. I’ve been ordering things online just lately because I haven’t been to the shops and I haven’t been out. I’ve been ordering things for my bike and things to do a bit of decorating with, and general things. And because every time I forget what I’ve ordered, every time a package comes it’s “Wow! What have I got here?” And it’s just great because every time a package comes I have no idea what’s in it because I’ve forgotten and it’s a surprise every time I open it. That’s one of the benefits of having a poor memory. Thank you for listening. Bye-bye.
