James feels that hospitals should make it easier to give anonymous feedback.

Anyway, why I phoned was to talk about hospitals and suchlike. It would be nice if they had a prepaid form that you could take to give feedback anonymously, because I believe that, when once I made a suggestion which was partly, or mainly acted on, but I got victimised the next time I went back – and yet I never made a complaint.

So it would be nice to have a comment form about the hospital, that you can send once you’re home, because you might not be able to get to a post office and buy stamps. And I don’t mean to say that you’re sending everything critical. It can be something like how much you enjoyed it, how the staff interacted with you, and how safe you felt. So it would be good to have a feedback form.
