The Happy Tandemer has had a great week including a DEEP Meet-UP at Woodbrooke, a swing, and a labyrinth

Hi, the Happy Tandemer here. It’s been a really lovely week. Full of surprises which included meeting up with people at the DEEP conference and participating in the groups. Lovely to meet lots of different people and for me part of the icing on the cake was the fact the venue was beautiful, absolutely glorious. The plants were amazing, the grounds absolutely beautiful. We could walk around, they included a labyrinth, which got me quite excited because I used to be part of a church which had labyrinth days and encouraged people to use labyrinth and it was marvelous. And there was also a swing, so I sat and swung, and swung and swung for a bit in the cool part of the garden in the evening. Absolute bliss. And I’ve just come off from cycling with a number of friends and I’ve not got anything that’s hurting. Phew, result! Over and out, bye.
