Feeling very down – I don’t know why…

Hi (coughs), yeah this is my entry. Todays it’s Sunday, is it, I think? Yeah, I’ve been feeling a little bit down today, I don’t know why. I guess I just get those days where I feel a bit down. Umm, it….., it….., I can’t figure it out, but maybe its sometimes feeling a bit anxious, or, erm, a little bit depressed, I guess. Not sure, but yeah, I’ve been feeling it all day. Hopefully tomorrow when I wake up, I might feel a bit better. But at the moment, its just……I’m here watching TV, but I just, I don’t know, it just feels like I’m feeling very down at the minute. Umm, I get it a lot, I guess, um, some good days, some bad days, it’s just today is definitely a down day. I just, I don’t know why, or what the wherefores are, but it just does make you feel quite down, and every….every day is a little bit different, I guess with the dementia…..it seems to be taking hold a little bit more each time. But anyway, I…..I just try and do the best I can.
