Melvyn offers a very moving thanks to Keith Oliver

Hello, it’s Melvyn here, erm, struggling still but erm, gradually coming through er, feeling a bit better this morning. I’d like to just talk about Keith Oliver, who’s a great friend of mine at Forget Me Not. What an incredible man he is, erm I seen him last Friday and erm, er actual it was the Friday before but, anyway erm I seen him and his wife and we met up and had a coffee and a chat and erm, err, I found out that Keith has had cancer as well as on top of his Dementia and erm, what an incredible man he is, erm, I didn’t know that he was, he got skin cancer and I wished I did because I er, I would’ve gone see him and everything and erm, but what an incredible man he is, I, I can’t, can’t say the superlatives any more than what I’ve said because he is an incredible man and for him to, to erm endure this with his wife, with er, I mean I don’t know if erm, anyone else at the Forget Me Nots knew, but what an incredible man, I just hope, only wish that I could’ve been there for him, like he was there for me when my wife died, erm, it just shows you what the man is like and cor, please, please XXX if you’re gonna read this, please don’t endure anything like that again without telling me because I erm, I wished that I could’ve been there for you, erm, God, erm, I didn’t know whether to put this on here or what, because I didn’t know whether Keith would’ve liked me to have done, I had to, I just had to and erm, I just wanted all those people out there in DEEP and er, and all the groups that DEEP are affiliated to, erm, he’s an incredible man, and erm, erm, if there’s one knighthood going, Keith Oliver should get it because he’s the sort of person that should receive a knighthood and all these so, these politicians getting it and all that, he’s just an incredible man, I can’t say no more, I’m rambling on but er, I just wish er, Keith and XXx er, XXX, a happy Christmas and a New Year, and they go on holiday to Australia and erm so erm, I just wish them all the best for the New Year, thank you bye.
