Dory is moved by a performance of Memoria and has a message from Karen

Hi this is Dory and I’m at the South Wales University, I’ve just watched the Re-live performance of Memoria. It was very good, very moving and I was talking to Karin Diamond, and she’s going to…. cause I was saying it would be nice to have something setup like Memoria in North Wales, in the Theatr Clywd, so she’s got a contact there, so she’s gonna put us in touch so that’s a good thing.

I’ve also got Karen Kitch here, we’re like two naughty girls in the corner, ha, ha, so here’s Karen.

Karen: Hello all, yes Dory has convinced me to do this now, cause I keep forgetting to do it. Unfortunately even though it’s in my contract and it’s on the wall, it’s just, I just don’t see it. So now she’s with me she’s made me say hello. So hello everyone!

Dory: I’m just asking Karen – did she enjoy the performance and how does she think it went?

Karen: Yes, the performance we did was wonderful, as always I’m always nervous but yes I think it went well. A few new pieces in there that we hadn’t done before, a few new members so that was nice to see new people. It’s always very moving and it always get at peoples heart strings but what we want to see is people making a difference and it’s alright in having the heart strings pulled but are they going to go away and are they actually going do anything.

Dory: and I totally agree with that, so we’re going to go and finish our dinner now. The DEEP stand is empty, lots of interest, so hopefully you’ll be getting loads of emails Rachel. OK, bye now.
