Frances feels anti depressants can be hugely helpful.

I’m Frances from near Brecon. I met up with a friend of mine from LLandrindod, he’s just started on the antidepressant tablets and was finding a difference, really really good. I remember feeling when I took them that I had been falling out of an aeroplane and when you pull that string that opens the parachute, that’s what it felt like when I took the pills. Suddenly you get the whoosh upwards and you’re kind of back to, well not where you were but almost where you were, and it gives a wonderful sense of being able to do everything again. He’s feeling the same thing and I just wanted to share it.
