Jacqui is surprised to learn that she going to be having a full OT assessment. Lockdown permitting.

Hello, it’s Jacqui, from Stockport, near Manchester.

Well, I had a phone call about the installation of the railings at my back door and I’ve been told that, before they do that, they are going to come and give me a full O.T. assessment. So – that’s a change to the plan. I didn’t expect that, I thought I’d get the railings up and that would be it.

But no, they’re coming to give me an assessment – but, with Covid, we don’t know how long that will be. But anyway, things are moving on.
