Raymond’s internet is back, so he’s been exercising online.

Oh hiya, my name’s Raymond, from Oldham, it’s a big change from yesterday, very cold and windy today – it was quite nice yesterday.
Anyway, we had a nice meeting on Zoom. Yesterday was a group called Let’s Be Heard and today I – I did the exercises with Sam and two other peple, so that was quite nice and tomorrow I’ll try to join the Dementia Zoom, but I have to go out in the morning, so I might be a little bit late getting on.
