Hi, this is Keith here, from the Isle of Sheppey.

I’m just doing a quick diary. I’m just out on my walking at the moment. I’m doing about a four or five miles walk, it’s lovely where I am here now, if you look here I’ve got plenty of space and everything all around me here. All the fields and the horses and – the only trouble is, I used to come this way before and, believe it or not, I’ve lost myself.

I’m not right sure yet, but I’m – where I’m going to get up to, you know, where it will come out, so – but not to worry, as I say, it’s nice, it’s dry, it’s sunny and there’s lots and lots of – got – you know, so we’ve got plenty of “friends” with me, look, here’s one look, now, just at the side of me.

[Keith points the camera towards a horse leaning over a fence and talks to it.]
“There we go, hey, yeah!”
