“We are going to officially open the first slow-lane!”

“So, tomorrow morning, we have been invited to go over to Chester, just across on the other peninsula from Liverpool, to open the first – the world’s first – slow-lane.
This is something that we’ve been talking about for some time now, but when we go to check-out, it would be lovely if there was a slow lane, social lane, something to indicate that you’re not going to get through this lane very quickly; so, if you’re in a hurry, use another lane.
So, there is a Tesco in Chester who have said that they are happy to co-operate on this, and Tommy and I, I think it is, and maybe some others, are going to officially open the – as far as we know – first slow-lane, for people who do their shopping, and hopefully, it’ll be the first of many.
