Raymond has been busy meeting up with his groups in Oldham.

We had a nice day on Tuesday. We went to a group with Sophie and Rachel. We had a lovely time, ten till eleven, and then Sam came in who’s a fitness instructor so we did his exercises and had a quite nice morning.

Then in the afternoon we went to the park and we had a walk in the park with Sophie and Rachel, and had a nice walk, and then at the end of the walk Sophie came in the caff and she took us all for a cup of tea and so we had a lovely day.

And now I’m getting ready to go to Springboard and that’s another lovely group, and Sophie and Rachel are from Making Space, so I’m looking forward to this afternoon. That’s it – bye.
