The power of music to bring people together is illustrated in this great diary from Steve.

Hello, it’s Steve Clifford.

Just got back home after the meeting up with the students from Stockport School choir, as we all sang for the residents of one of the care homes in Stockport. It was good to see the others in our EDUCATE group and, of course, the students and their music teacher.

How wonderful to see the faces on the residents as they enjoyed our performance. Some of them joined in and all of them clapped and smiled.

We hope to return to this and other care homes nearer Christmas and to give our Christmas show.

Thank you.
