Jacqui gives a great example of how to ask for and give help.

Hi, it’s Jacqui from Stockport.

I’m going on holiday next week to Llandudno with the Pathways Group and my friend Carol is coming with, which is really nice. This time I asked her if she would help me pack because last time it really did my head in and stressed my head out.

And so I put all out all of the clothes and the things I thought I needed and lots of bags, I didn’t know which one to use. And so she did it within a couple of minutes, and it was all done, stress free, and it’s so good when you ask somebody for help and they just do it easy for you.
