Dory talks about why it is important for our voices to be heard
Hi, this is Dory. It’s Monday the 18th of September and I’m just responding to the question why is it important to have our voices, people with dementia, to have their voices heard. And I think it’s important so people don’t assume that we have nothing to say and no opinions. I’m going to be interviewed this afternoon and videoed at St David’s Park for the Book of You and tomorrow I’m being interviewed on BBC Radio Wales for the Life Stories programme. Then off to London on Wednesday and Thursday and hopefully Friday I’ll be at the Old Brewery to have a rest, if Ian will let me. Ok, Bye.”
