Incontinence – I don’t get the signals to tell me I need to go until the last minute
Hi this is Dory, and I’m making..I’m just responding to Carol’s diary which I’m just looking through, about the subject of incontinence.
I also have this problem, a different reason to Carol, although I still think it’s to do with my dementia as I just can’t..I don’t get a signal that I need to go to the toilet, until I’m verging on..that I can’t move.
I find this problem when I’m out shopping or out anywhere as many know, there’s no, not many public toilets now, and most that are I don’t think I’d like to use, but in shops I think you know you should be allowed to use the toilet.
I’ve been for.. I’m inclined to think it’s my dementia, because I’ve been for all the examinations and tests and they all say my bladder is perfectly healthy and working well, so it’s just the signal is not getting there, but just listening to Carol, and then I thought I’d do a diary about my situation. Not that I forget, I just don’t get the signal until the very last minute, okay, Bye.
