Having conversations that ‘need to be had’ Talking about over active bowel with others I realise it is not only me who has these problems!

What this report is about we were talking about having conversations that need to be had, and we’ve done , we’ve spoken about incontinence. Had a conversation today about another sort of unspeakable but need to have conversation, about over-active bowels and it seems it’s another thing that can be caused by dementia as all examinations have come up clear. I thought it was only myself because of talking tonight with other people that have the same problem.
