Jacqui has made some good contacts to help her get more involved with arts and crafts.

Hi I’ve had a nice morning, hello it’s Jacqui. I had a nice morning, Rebecca from the Memory Clinic in Stockport came and took me there to a drop in centre which is at the cricket club. Wow there’s about fully 45 to 50 people all living with dementia; tea, coffee, then they have lunch and then they did a bit of yoga and they talk about what it’s like to live with dementia. Rebecca took me to actually meet the lady who runs it because once a month they have a lady there who does arts and crafts. Unfortunately she’s broken her arm so she can’t do any but, I found out, she also has a lot of contacts in the Stockport area about arts and people with dementia so it was a very good beneficial visit and I’m hoping more will come out of it. We might also get our DEAR questionaire interviews done with some of the people there and who knows what can come. Thank you, bye everybody, bye.
