Hello, this is Julie from YODA,
YODA has been experiencing a difficult time over the last few months. We were all aware that we will progress along our dementia journey and this has been the case for two of our core group members, now both of them moving into permanent nursing care. The trauma experienced by them and their families reverberates throughout the rest of the group and our arms fold around the wives of these two wonderful men

They will continue to be members of our YODA family for as long as they need us. We certainly value them and their lived experience. People living with dementia and their carers are both tied to the same journey
