Hi, my name’s Raymond, I’m from Oldham. That’s the past weeks I’ve been struggling a lot more. I’m now in my 7th, 7th year of dementia, and I’m finding a lot of things a bit difficult. But I still keep going to me group .

I find it very hard to sleep at nights. I um and, I know I’m a grown man but I keep forgetting go toilet and everything in the night.
