Raymond tells us about the different groups he goes to which cheer him up a bit

Hiya it’s Raymond from Oldham.
I don’t think I’ve done this for a long while so hope you had a lovely Christmas and happy new year and I hope you’re all alright after that bad storm we had last week because it wrecked my greenhouse, so I haven’t got a greenhouse anymore.
Rachael, a volunteer at Springboard has started taking me to a new group on a Monday afternoon where we play instruments and sing, which is quite nice and yesterday (Thursday), Sammy came to Springboard to do chair exercises and I also go on a Tuesday where we do exercise so it gets me out of the house and cheers me up a bit.
