Nancy reports about a fantastic Scottish DEEP Gathering in Stornoway

Hello there, Nancy McAdam calling Dementia Diaries.

Just back from Stornoway. Oh gosh,what a wonderful, wonderful time we all had.

Thanks to Paul and Philly for doing a lot of the organising with us and also my gorgeous team Margaret and Maureen and Pat and oh gosh too many to mention though and David and yes, what a wonderful..
There is a photograph of us all I suppose somebody like Philly or someone else might have posted. I’ve got a copy so if you don’t get a chance to see it I shall post it later on.

You’ll see my picture at Callinish Stones which I just loved. So inspirational. Not even inspirational, just solid. The whole place is solid stone. Beautiful shapes, everything.

We all loved being there and I just can’t talk about it without becoming really emotional.
Thank you again everybody for all the wonderful time we had in Stornaway.

Let’s hope we do it again, eh?
